We believe Citifocus to be unique amongst its peers. Since our inception in 1991 we have built and developed strong working relationships across the industry with both clients and candidates.
We have an established team of consultants with significant recruitment and financial services experience. Unusually within our sector our staff turnover is exceptionally low. This has provided our candidates and clients with continuity of service and the opportunity to build long term relationships with their Citifocus consultant that will last years rather than weeks or months. We have built and fostered a working environment that encourages team spirit and loyalty and are passionate in the belief that recruitment is not just about placing candidates into a new role.
