Market-leading pensions and insurance group is looking for an email marketing or automation campaign specialist to support and drive a multi-channel D2C acquisitions and retention programme, and be accountable for reporting and ROI analysis to drive next best actions.

Working with Adobe Campaign, the successful candidate will get involved in executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns, creating design briefs for creative agencies, undertaking in-depth reporting and analytics and demonstrating a good knowledge of CRM systems.  He or she will also need to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to deliver optimal channel marketing campaigns for Consumer propositions and maintain strong relationships with group delivery teams, whilst minimising risk and ensuring compliance/data governance.

As well as prior experience in building multi-channel D2C capabilities for business acquisition, retention and increasing LTV, successful candidates are likely to have a financial services background, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML or SQL coding, be data-driven with strong analytical skills and be able to measure ROI.  Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders is key, along with the desire to work well in a high-performing team and share best practice.
