Exciting opportunity within a leading global provider of financial administration solutions, to lead and manage a key Operations team, in support of the provision of corporate administration and trustee services across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient running, training and improvement of the Operations team’s processes and procedures; Assisting in completing complicated and/or time critical processes including Income payments, fees calculation, tax return and accounts submission and ensuring the accuracy of all data input into Accounting and Client systems. 

Successful candidates will demonstrate 4+ years of relevant professional experience within the financial service sector with specific focus on Trust and Estate Administration and at least 2 years’ experience of managing a team of junior colleagues. STEP qualification (or similar) is preferred.  As well as strong analytical and reporting skills, prior experience of CCH suite of products (Accounts and Central) highly beneficial.  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages with key focus on advanced functions within Excel, and the ability to learn other systems is key. 

This is a critical and influential role which provides the opportunity to streamline and improve processes, and provide support with ad-hoc operational requests/project work as and when required.  The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in a team-oriented and collaborative environment is important.
