Leading global provider of financial administration solutions is seeking a talented client portfolio manager, with extensive experience of reviewing securitisation and structured finance documentation, who has the ability to set up and administer a variety of companies including SPVs and other entities, as well as contribute to new business development.
The role offers the opportunity to manage the client portfolio autonomously, in accordance with required legal and regulatory requirements, and internal policies and standards. It will require the successful applicant to act as a Corporate Director on internal Company boards, ensure all company and other entity obligations are met, statutory records are maintained, and that all internal records are kept up to date at all times.
The role will suit an individual with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience working for a Corporate Service provider, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work with Stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. Key will be the ability to understand and discuss complex securitisation and structured transactions.
