A pro-active Team-member is sought by this prestigious global investment manager, to assist with managing all aspects of employee benefits (pension medical plans, risk insurances) across EMEA. The successful candidate will assist with annual benefit renewals working closely with third party brokers, and work with Global Procurement and HR Vendor Management to ensure all regional EMEA plans are fully compliant with the vendor management process. They will also get involved in assisting with the benefits administration project to identify all the benefits administration processes across EMEA, implementing new procedures to cover all aspects of ongoing benefits administration.
To be effective in the role, you will need excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong attention to detail. Likely to be a graduate, you will be highly competent in the use of Word and PowerPoint and have strong project management and organisational skills, and be able to work effectively to deadlines and project plans. You will also need experience of managing and building effective working relationships with third party outsourced service providers/vendors. Experience of international benefit initiatives and programs would be highly beneficial. This is a great role for someone passionate about employee benefits, with the ability to work independently with limited day to day supervision.
