Extremely respected Asset Manager wishes to recruit an individual to work as a Relationship Analyst supporting one of their specialist business areas that focuses upon consultant relationships. Working very closely with the Relationship Managers, the person appointed will respond to enquiries on a wide variety of topics, and support efforts in gaining and maintaining consultant ratings, updating on common strategies, and new business opportunities, prepare briefing materials, coordinate prep meetings, submit and coordinate requests for materials, and review presentation materials for consultant meetings, prepare for and participate in consultant conference calls and meetings, focusing on content, key takeaways, and outcomes, handle meeting follow-ups and draft call notes and work with Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Investment Product & Strategies teams, to ensure the
effective coordination and communication of ongoing consultant relations initiatives. The successful candidate is likely to have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, gained in a similar Client Service/Relationship Analyst role within the Investment Management industry, very strong academic credentials, ideally including progress towards, or willingness to undertake, a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA or equivalent), a strong interest in investments and capital markets, a natural collaborator who can work well in a small team and excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities.
