Prestigious global banking group is seeking a delivery-focused Partnership & Loyalty specialist with Card and Digital expertise, able to deliver strategic deals with Third Parties and Merchants, and build Retail Product client loyalty, whilst driving the achievement of revenue targets. This exciting role requires delivery across stakeholders including Product / Propositions / Marketing / Analytics / Change Delivery / Software Delivery and Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for specific areas of accountability for Retail Product offers, Merchants and Rewards Partnerships areas of the business across Group, Regions and Countries. They will develop and implement the Global Loyalty Strategy – balancing optimal standardisation, whilst recognising required market/customer variances.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years relevant experience in the financial/banking sector combined with multi-geography Card product management expertise. This will include Card P&L management and market/industry review for strategy formulation. It requires the implementation of global, scalable and standardised business practices for loyalty management, to support increased customer engagement and further engagement with the bank’s retail products. It is likely that he or she will be at least degree-qualified, with experience of strategy development, organisational leadership and project management across financial product categories and customer segments. The role will suit someone who is a highly-effective communicator, with high levels of energy and enthusiasm, able to navigate a complex, matrixed environment and conflicting, strategic priorities and decisions.
If successful, the candidate will deliver a globally consistent Retail Products Loyalty strategy, and contribute to the incremental value target, whilst ensuring strategic alignment and fit with overall Retail Banking and Wealth Management strategy.
