An experienced and talented PMO Manager is sought by this prestigious global banking group to oversee global strategic, change and transformation initiatives within Global Underwriting & Credit Control. The role provides the opportunity to contribute to the overall growth of the bank, through planning and implementing programmes and projects across multiple stakeholders and businesses - functionally and regionally - and at Group level.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working within a change environment with proven PMO management skills. You will also need experience working in the banking/financial sector across pan-regional or global projects, experience of significant and complex business programmes, and strong experience in managing budgets & financials. Your Project Management expertise will include MSP / Prince2 / PMP / Agile / Scrum, and you will have strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of Retail Banking Products, Product Origination Processes and Underwriting Processes is also key. Experience of Digital Platforms / Projects is preferred.
The role will suit someone with a strongly collaborative style to be able to deploy and operationalise global change initiatives. It requires excellent written and spoken communication skills, and an ability to communicate to wide and varied audiences, including very senior stakeholders. The role will enable you to change the status quo and influence stakeholders to drive strategy forwards!
