Fabulous opportunity to relaunch a consumer banking proposition within this leading global banking brand, and make it appeal to the young professional / millennial / entrepreneurial client base. The role is focused on doubling the customer base through a combination of new-to-bank acquisition, and existing personal banking client upgrades. Growth will be achieved through the development of a one-to-many digital approach, supplemented with Call-Centre use where necessary. The ability to leverage Group or international differences to develop the proposition further is also key.
The successful applicant will work with the other countries, to deliver the commercial opportunities, ensuring that penetration is improved and usage across all products and services is accelerated. You will be able to demonstrate your success through customer growth, customer flows (upgrades and downgrades), share of wallet, up-sell and customer usage. Ultimately the role-holder will own the optimisation of the product offering and customer experience across the customer life-cycle, as well as the P&L.
To be successful in the role you will have multi-channel or marketing experience, complemented by retail banking experience and affinity with the Digital channel. Ideally, you will have a background in developing Customer Propositions, Personal Lending Products or Wealth Products, combined with experience working at a Group level, or across multiple countries. Strong influencing and leadership skills are key, along with the ability to manage global design, whilst ensuring local market flexibility. Ensuring best practice and the fair treatment of customers is also critical.
