Our client – an asset management consultancy firm who connects fund managers with institutional investors - needs a strong leader, to coach and develop their growing Research Analyst Team, and support continued business growth.
Reporting to the Principal and Managing Principal directly, the successful candidate will take the lead in overseeing and developing their rigorous training programme, to bring Analysts up to speed quickly, across asset management and portfolio construction. You will also be required to construct an employee development programme to ensure continuous learning and improve staff retention.
Our client is seeking a talented individual able to master the full training cycle, along with the ability to coach a young team and demonstrate strong motivation and leadership skills. You will be creative in your ability to devise new and exciting ways to motivate and up-skill staff, to ensure the ongoing achievement of targets and KPIs. This role would also suit asset management professionals wanting to develop their career in a different way and diversify into this type of role. Prior experience of managing a team and training individuals is highly desirable.
