City based Investment Bank wish to recruit a bilingual Japanese individual for their HR team. The individual appointed will support the work of the HR team by administering matters which involve Head Office reporting or data gathering or other aspects of HR work involving the translation of documentation (Japanese to English or vice versa), payroll and delegate support as well as regular basic HR administration tasks.
Aside from the proven fluency in Japanese, candidates should ideally demonstrate some experience in Human Resources support functions or similar gained in the banking/financial sector as well as being a confident administrator who is able to organise their time and prioritise work to meet payroll and other deadlines.
