A highly-experienced and talented project and change management professional with expertise in Financial Crime (FC) is sought by this prestigious global banking group for its FC Centre of Excellence. This is a critical and influential role facing off to global Senior Stakeholders within a highly-matrixed and complex banking group. You will be accountable for defining, planning and managing BAU implementations and remediation work within this newly-created and rapidly expanding team. You will be responsible for visualising the strategy, vision and planning for senior stakeholders and you will need to be able to drive cultural change with regards to the management of AML risk. You will also be skilled in responding to varied and urgent requests from Senior Stakeholders to produce strategy & planning deliverables.
Prior management consulting/change/strategy experience within a global banking environment along with experience of delivering AML change projects or remediation work is essential. You will need core consulting skills to visualise strategy, planning and TOM documents, as well as exceptional written communication and presentation skills to be able to translate complexity into simplicity. You need a proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and business sponsors, and skill in leading and motivating a team combining both permanent and consultant staff.
