Global Financial Institutions seeks an experienced Digital Sales & Marketing professional with extensive experience of driving digital sales for Cards & Loans, card cross-selling as well as leading card marketing across e-marketing channels and multi-channel sales programmes. Experience will have been gained from the Consumer financial services industry and should include a strong understanding of asset businesses.
Supporting the development of Global Credit Card and Loans portfolios by driving digital acquisition, the successful incumbent will be instrumental in achieving the optimisation of the digital sales experience thereby ensuring the growth of Unsecured Lending in line with global strategy. The proportion of the Cards & Loans business acquired through digital channels varies considerably with a need to place more focus on this from a product perspective to ultimately drive revenues. The job holder will identify current digital sales penetration by market, set new targets and map sales funnels across markets and work closely with Digital Marketing to drive increased traffic to Cards & Loans pages.
Applicants for this pivotal role should demonstrate a wealth of experience within consumer financial services with a strong understanding of asset businesses, a deep knowledge of market leading card capabilities and experience of Retail Banking ideally a large Bank environment. Strong Client and influencing skills, credibility and gravitas are essential and team leadership experience (directly or in a project setting) are highly desirable.
