Our client being a global Asset Management company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a temporary 9 months contract.
This will be acting as strategic business partner with senior clients, leading the HR function for investment boutiques headquartered in the UK. Will be responsible for updates to senior management and HR management in keeping all parties abreast on a proactive basis of all HR, legal, policy and employee relations. Will be coordinating and implementing best practice throughout all lines of business.
An advanced degree or certification is preferred together with 8-10 years related experience within a HR Business Partner role preferably within the financial services industry ideally within Asset Management or alternatively will look at somebody with a good Financial Services background. Will demonstrate good leadership and excellent communication, presentation and project management skills. Our client is looking to interview imminently.
