Experienced Manager with a strong risk, policy and governance background and previous experience of managing 3rd party risk management related activities in accordance with TPRM across geographies and in line with local regulatory requirements.  Experience must be gained from a large financial services/matrix environment, preferably Insurance.

Key focus is to take ownership for the implementation and maintenance of the Group Insurance TPRM Policy & Framework within Group Insurance and provide leadership and guidance to key stakeholders to ensure third party risks are fully understood in dealing with external suppliers/vendors for the supply of services. 

This is a high profile role involving extensive liaison with a large group of global stakeholders, which will necessitate the job holder to possess excellent people management and stakeholder relationship experience, strong organisational, analytical and influencing skills.  The ability to quickly establish credibility and demonstrate technical expertise in third party risk management is essential as the successful incumbent with be the ‘go to person’ / SME for all such activities and will provide advice & and guidance to all Third Party Engagement Managers & Risk Owners.
