City based Investment Manager wish to recruit an additional member of staff for its Marketing team. This role provides support to the eCommerce team with focus on web behavioural data, supporting BAU activities (e.g. ongoing maintenance of websites; marketing emails; intranet) through a close working relationship with an offshore team, management of MI reporting, providing support for projects, create/maintain dashboards to effectively convey information to the Marketing and wider business teams, make and implement recommendations for improving effectiveness of online activities based on these reports, act as first point of contact for any intranet amends required by business users and take responsibility for keeping intranet content up-to-date and reviewed on a regular basis with support from the offshore team and responsibility for digital marketing campaigns as required, liaising with the CRM Manager to
ensure that Salesforce campaign lists are up-to-date and any issues resolved in a timely manner. This role also provides support to the wider eCommerce and Marketing teams.
Applicants should demonstrate a good standard of education (ideally degree) and proven experience in website/digital marketing support and analytics ideally gained within the asset management/ investment management or financial services space as well as excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Campaign Manager, an understanding of SEO strategies and a genuine interest in online marketing.
