Highly regarded Private Equity firm is looking for a Team Assistant to provide administrative and client facing support to the Investor Relations team. Duties will include extensive diary management, coordinating multiple travel arrangements, organising executive offsites, including Annual Investor Meetings, processing of expenses, document management including PowerPoint presentations, co-ordination of all investor communications liaising with marketing team and fund administrators as required and supporting wider PA team and the broader business – proactively offering to help colleagues, providing support to people outside own team as required. It is essential that applicants are degree educated to 2:1 and demonstrate at least but no more than 1-3 years secretarial/team assistant experience gained in the financial sector and a good working understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
