12 month fixed term contract offered by this leading global house to an experienced HR business partner with significant experience of working within HR strategy for the financial services sector, ideally asset management.
The role carries responsibility for leading the strategic HR function for two investment boutiques within the group, working closely with senior management to advise on new legislation, policy and ER issues and to ensure continued implementation of best practice across all HR and employee related practices. This will involve working across all other areas of the HR department, including L&D, comp & Bens and Talent Acquisition as well as ensuring ongoing commitment to the firm’s diversity and employee engagement initiatives.
Applicants will be proactive individuals with a relevant professional HR qualification, proven experience of working in an HR Generalist/Business Partner capacity and significant project management experience. A results driven approach and desire for excellence will be complemented by superior leadership and communication skills and a high level of business acumen.
