We are currently seeking to recruit several individuals with a range of skills within the proxy voting/solicitation space.
The preferred candidates will be proactive and personable with a sound knowledge of proxy solicitation/shareholder services. Roles are situated within both governance and operational areas. All are externally facing and require superior communication and stakeholder management skills to complement in-depth knowledge of the proxy voting/shareholder services business. Previous experience of leading/supervising and mentoring a team is essential for all roles and more senior opportunities also require applicants to have previous stratic planning experience.
Roles are all at a senior level and experience of “managing upwards” and engaging with senior management is essential. Applicants will demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving, a strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a demanding and competitive environment.
These are senior level opportunities with growing organisations and as such applicants must be highly professional and capable with a strong work ethic, charismatic leadership style and the gravitas essential to gain credibility from peers and buy-in from all areas of the business. An entrepreneurial approach is an advantage and strong team focus prerequisite.
