Dynamic and rapidly expanding City house seeks to recruit a seasoned Trade finance Sales professional into the team.
Remit focusses on Spain and the successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish with an existing client base in the region. Previous experience will be gained from a global bank and must include a proven track record of direct origination in Spain, within the trade and working capital finance space. The role is stand-alone and carries responsibility for the development and delivery of a sales strategy for the region in order to build a diverse portfolio of business opportunities. Regular international travel will be prerequisite and will involve both client visits and attendance at trade events.
Applicants will demonstrate strong knowledge of the trade finance arena, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and a consultative approach to sales. The role will suit a pro-active team player with the tangible desire to build a new business in a competitive marketplace. Strong knowledge of Spanish language and business culture, a highly commercial approach and crops selling ability are essential.
