Leading global finance house seeks a high calibre individual with significant international comp & bens experience to work on several global benefits development and implementation projects.
The contract is for 6 months in duration and during this time the successful candidate will be responsible for auditing existing policies and confirming that HR policies are fit for purpose and correctly aligned to local legislation. Projects cover the entire EMEA region and several legal jurisdictions; therefore attention to detail and experience of working with documentation are prerequisite. The role will also involve proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and working on a range of ad hoc projects.
Applicants will be self-starters with a good understanding of the benefits landscape and the ability to contribute to the development of attractive, competitive packages across highly diverse corporate cultures. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work in a project environment are essential and will be complemented by superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
